Leadership Academy is an annual 8-week course with 4 optional field trips each year designed to help teens Lead with Courage, Serve with Humility, and Live with Integrity. Through interactive lessons and field trips, young people learn to lead themselves and others while drawing from timeless biblical examples.
Recognising that leadership develops over time, the four-year pathway provides ongoing growth with a distinct focus each year. For churches and youth groups, the programme is structured for annual intakes, reinforcing core principles with fresh case studies—building depth of understanding each year.
About the Course
Field Trips
We highly recommend adding four field trips each year - bringing the total to 12 sessions each year. Suggested trips are provided annually along with a devotional guide, enabling leaders to turn each outing into a practical leadership lesson. These experiences help move leadership beyond head knowledge, giving teens the chance to apply what they’ve learned in real-life settings.
From 2026, you’ll be able to purchase a Curriculum Licence to run Leadership Academy in your own context. Licences will be available for both single-site churches and multi-site organisations, giving you everything you need to equip and inspire the next generation of leaders.
