Statement of Faith

GOD

God is good, loving and kind. God is someone you would want to know and have a close relationship with. God is caring and compassionate. God is love and He loves His creation especially including you who he created in His own image for a deep and meaningful relationship with Him.

God is King. Not just any king, God is Holy and just and therefore a righteous and fair king. The Bible also refers to God as the King of kings, meaning He is the ultimate ruler over everything.

God is perfection! He is awesome, powerful, majestic, wise and all-knowing. As the creator of all things, He is seated on His throne ruling over His creation. He rules with truth and justice. This is good news if we understand that He is good, loving and kind and ultimately will put right all that is wrong with the world.

2

SIN

God is magnificent, Holy and good and is the measure of all that is good. Sin is any deviation from the goodness and Holiness of God. God became man in Jesus Christ and is the standard by which we measure our goodness. None of us measure up to the glorious goodness of Jesus. Therefore, we all fall short of God’s glory and are sinners separated from God and His Holiness. Sin in you will destroy you in the presence of God’s Holiness. This is a dilemma for you have been created for a loving relationship with God.

God also has an enemy, ruling an alternative kingdom to His Holy Kingdom. The devil is the tempter attempting to seduce you into disobeying God.

When you give into temptation to sin, you sin against God and become a slave of the devil’s kingdom. We are all sinners, deserving of God’s justice and judgement as we fall short of His glory.

The solution to our fallen condition is what Jesus achieved on the cross. He was perfect, lived the life we should have lived. On the cross He became the lawful substitute for our judgement. He paid the debt of sin with His own life, and defeated all the powers of God’s enemy, the devil. He offers you forgiveness for your sin and all you ever did wrong.

He offers you the gift of salvation if you will trust Him and all He accomplished on the cross for you.

3

Restoration

God’s plan is to restore His glorious, magnificent, Holy Kingdom back to earth. He is at work, through the power of the cross, to restore people individually, to restore society collectively and to restore all of creation physically. How? It begins with individuals turning away from their sin and turning to Jesus. This is what the Bible calls repentance.

We turn away from sin and turn back to God through trusting in Jesus and all He accomplished on the cross.

God originally created you to be His image bearers in this world. Your purpose is to rule and to reign on His behalf in this world. Through the cross, he can restore you, adopt you into His family, and give you citizenship in His Kingdom. God has a glorious plan and purpose for you. Your purpose is to bring about His will and His way in this broken world. He desires for you to partner with Him to bring about His goodness, kindness, His love, His truth and justice. This is how His Holy Kingdom is established on earth as it is in Heaven.

His promise is that one day He will return and restore all His creation and establish His rule on earth for eternity.

4

Leadership

Leadership is part of God’s design for humanity. From the beginning, He created men and women in His image to rule and reign on His behalf, stewarding creation and influencing society for His glory. In Christ, this calling is restored—not limited to gender, age, or background—but open to all who follow Him.

Christian leadership reflects the character of Jesus:

  • Leading with Courage – trusting God’s promises, stepping forward in faith, and taking responsibility even when it is costly or difficult.

  • Serving with Humility – following the example of Christ, who came not to be served but to serve, putting others before ourselves.

  • Living with Integrity – aligning our words and actions with God’s truth, demonstrating consistency of character in every area of life.

We believe that both men and women are called, gifted, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to lead in God’s Kingdom—at home, in church, and in society. Leadership is not about position or power, but about faithfully reflecting Jesus and advancing His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Our hope is anchored in His promise that one day Christ will return, restore all creation, and establish His perfect rule forever. Until that day, we lead with courage, serve with humility, and live with integrity—so that through us, others may see His Kingdom breaking into the world.
